By making a tax deductible gift to the Champions & Scholars Fund, you are immediately impacting student-athletes, who represent the University of Dayton who along with our coaches are striving to make you proud to support your Dayton Flyers! Your financial commitment empowers the athletic program to enhance the student-athlete experience which will allow us to recruit quality individuals and compete for championships in every sport.
Membership
Membership in the Champions & Scholars Fund is defined as anyone who makes an annual pledge, gift or pledge payment at the designated benefit level to a specified athletic account. This can be done through several solicitation methods including direct mail/e-mail, tele-fund, personal face to face solicitations, and the Arena Seating Plan.
An annual gift/pledge payment is made during the fiscal year which begins on July 1 and ends on June 30 and will be acknowledged at the appropriate membership level. In response to a solicitation, a donor may make a pledge that will be acknowledged at the stated membership level. A confirmation mailing of the pledge amount, installment details and end of fiscal year information will be sent with a decal.
