UD opens Atlantic 10 play against Rhode Island on Friday, Oct. 9 and then hosts Massachusetts on Sunday, Oct. 11. UD edged the Minutemen, 1-0, in the A-10 Championship final, and UMass earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Men's Soccer Championship.
UD will then play four consecutive conference road games: St. Bonaventure (Friday, Oct. 16), Duquesne (Sunday, Oct. 18), Richmond (Friday, Oct. 23) and George Washington (Sunday, Oct. 25).
The Flyers close out the regular season with three A-10 matches at Baujan Field. On Halloween weekend, UD hosts Charlotte (Friday, Oct. 30) and NCAA-qualifier Saint Louis (Sunday, Nov. 1). Dayton will then take on Xavier at Baujan Field on Friday, Nov. 6.
The Flyers are vying for their third consecutive bid to the A-10 Men's Soccer Championship, comprised of the top six teams in the conference, which will be hosted by Rhode Island Nov. 12-15. The 51st Annual NCAA Men's College Cup will be held Dec. 11 & 13 in Cary, N.C.
To prepare for the regular season, UD will also play two exhibition matches; at Butler on Wednesday, Aug. 19 at 5 p.m. ET and at Kentucky on Monday, Aug. 24 at 7 p.m. ET.
