DAYTON, Ohio. – Spots are still available for the 2010 University of Dayton Baseball Golf Outing and Friends of the Program Weekend held on the weekend of Oct. 8. 

The events begin with the annual Golf Outing on Friday, Oct. 8, at the Heatherwoode Golf Club in Springboro, Ohio. The scheduled shotgun start time is 11:30 a.m., with lunch and registration beginning at 10:30 a.m. Lunch and dinner is included in the price of registration.

On Saturday, Oct. 9 the Flyers take the field for the annual Red Baron scrimmage at Time Warner Cable Stadium beginning at 10:30 a.m. Following the game, lunch will be served as a part of the Friends of the Program Day activities.

Registration for both events ends on Friday, Sept. 24. Cost for the golf outing is $95 per person and $380 per team. Cost for the Friends of the Program activities/lunch is $5 per person. To register send the attached PDF document and make checks payable to:

These events have grown tremendously through the years and have shown a lot of love and support for the University of Dayton and our baseball program. To those that have attended these events in the past, each and every member of our baseball program sincerely appreciates your support.

For those who have not participated in these events, it is a great day of camaraderie for all who are associated with the University of Dayton and the Flyer baseball family.

Please find within this brochure, information and the registration form for this year’s events. I would personally like to invite you to attend. The golf outing will have a lunch and dinner. Like in years past, our friends at Outback Steakhouse will provide the dinner. If you cannot attend the golf outing, I invite you to sponsor a hole for $200. Proceeds will benefit the baseball team and help our dreams become reality.
