The University of Dayton will host the Massachusetts Minutemen in a critical matchup on Saturday at 6 p.m. ET.

Tip-off is at 6 p.m. ET on Saturday, Feb. 25. Fans are encouraged to wear red on Saturday to create an electric RED OUT atmosphere.

CBS and Intersport will be filming throughout the UD Arena during the game. An in-depth feature on what makes the UD Arena atmosphere electric will air during the “Best of College Basketball” special, which airs March 25, at 1 p.m. ET on CBS.

Less than 200 tickets remain for Saturday’s Atlantic 10 clash. Tickets are available online at DaytonFlyers.com, visiting the UD Ticket Office or calling (937) 229-4433.

The University of Dayton Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET and on weekends three hours prior to the start of men's home basketball games.

UD won the “Best Under-the-Radar College Basketball Atmosphere” presented by Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Intersport. Dayton beat nine other unique, tradition-rich game-day atmospheres through a two-week Facebook voting competition.

The Minutemen enter Saturday’s game 19-8 overall and 8-5 in the Atlantic 10.

Dayton’s game against Charlotte marked the 200th consecutive regular season home game with an attendance of at least 11,000 fans. In the last 15 years, 99% of UD’s home games have drawn at least 10,000 (439 of 442), including the last 238 regular season games.

Fans are encouraged to arrive to the game early. In addition to the CBS video crew filming and the RED OUT, the halftime act will be the Firecrackers. The Firecrackers are a performance jump rope team made up of talented 4th-8th graders.

The “Road to the Final Four” will begin in Dayton for the 12th straight year when the NCAA Tournament’s ‘First Four’ will be played at the University of Dayton Arena from March 13-14.
