9/7/08 FLYERS IN CONTENTION AFTER ROUND ONE OF CHICAGO STATE INVITE The Dayton Flyer women's golf team is just two strokes behind at the Chicago State Invitational after round one. The Flyers shot a 324 and are in second place behind Eastern Illinois after 72 holes. The Flyers, who won two tournaments during the 2007-08 season, are once again in contention for an invitational championship thanks to solid play from its top golfers. (more)
