Coach Jim Jabir
"I was really impressed with our kids focus. We've been honing in on the things we need to fix, and I think we really addressed those things today."

"If she (Casey Nance) can do that consistently, we'd always go through her. It was a great night for Casey and hopefully she can continue to do those things for us down the road because she is very capable."

"She (De'Sarae Chambers) told somebody she was going to get 20 tonight. I think she has a lot of confidence and made sure she was going to come out and play tonight. She did."

"Overall, I was most proud of our defense. If we can defend like that, we'll have a chance in every game we play."

(On the upcoming Xavier game) "We've had two good games. Hopefully we can defend and do some of these same things we saw tonight and get ready for Xavier. They are a very good team and we have our work cut out."

Casey Nance
"My shot was just falling, and my teammates kept getting me the ball. It was overall a great team effort and I owe it all to them for helping me out."

(On her first collegiate three-pointer) "My team said try it out... I did and finally it worked. It was a crazy thing that happened!"

"This is definitely a lot different than high school. We would have been done by now. But this year we've all been practicing really hard and going 100% and that's made the most difference....it's been paying off for us."

(On the upcoming Xavier game) "We're a different team than we were the first time we played them. We should have won the first time, so we are definitely coming out get the win we deserve."

De'Sarae Chambers
"I thought we played really well. We came out and were really focused. We've been down a little bit lately, but we focused ourselves and came to play. I've been trying to focus on not thinking about it (shooting) too much. I've been putting too much pressure on myself, but my coaches and teammates have been helping me out."

"It's completely different playing college ball and definitely much harder. It was kind of laid back in high school, but now we go with 100% intensity every day, all the time. I truly feel like it's been helping me out and I'm becoming a better player."
