– Senior Heather Jorgensen fired a first round 84 to lead the Dayton Flyers after day one of the 2011 MAC Preview.
Jorgensen tallied a 39 in her first nine holes of play. She is tied for 40th among individuals after the first round of play.

Senior Clara Ang was two strokes back with an 84 in round one.
Freshman Lucy Frey carded an 87, while sophomore Maggie Prokop and junior Kelly Coakley each carded an 89.
Round two of the tournament will take place at the Hawthorns Golf & Country Club. The final round will begin with a shotgun start at 9:30 a.m. ET.
