PENNSAUKEN, N.J. – The Dayton Flyers placed in fifth at the 2012 Atlantic 10 Women’s Rowing Championship.
UD recorded 35 points and had all four boats advance to the Grand Final.
The Varsity 8 finished in third with a time of 7:08.02, less than a second away from second place.
In the Second Varsity 8, UD came in fifth with a time of 7:24.95
Dayton’s Varsity 4 came in sixth with a time of 8:48.64. In the Varsity 4+B final, UD took fourth with a 9:00.73 finish.
Atlantic 10 All-Conference team selections will be announced at a later date.
Up next for the Flyers is the Aberdeen Dad Vail Regatta which runs May 11 and 12 in Philadelphia.
