Membership for the current fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) starts with a gift as low as $100 and only $50 for young alumni.

DAYTON, Ohio – The Dayton Flyers Champions & Scholars Fund needs your support to maintain a strong start in its third annual membership drive. The goal of this official fundraising arm of UD athletics is to gain over 3,000 members while adding additional unrestricted support for all 17 varsity teams.

Membership for the current fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) starts with a gift as low as $100 and only $50 for young alumni (Click here for 2012-13 benefits). Members of the Champions & Scholars Fund support critical athletic funding needs in the following ways:

  • Athletic scholarship support
  • Prospective student-athlete recruitment
  • Enhancement of athletic facilities
  • Team travel to post-season events

“It’s truly special for our Dayton Flyers fans and alumni to join our annual fund drive with an investment in our athletic programs”, said Brian Tracy, Director of Development for Athletics, “Our goal is to build on the success of last year, and I can only imagine the impact we will have on our athletic teams with over 3,000 members in 2012-13.”
