DAYTON, Ohio – Before the start of the 2013-14 Dayton Flyers Basketball season, a proposal was unveiled that includes improvements to the guest experience and pre-game rituals.
IN GAME ENHANCEMENTS
1. For both men's and women's basketball, the player hype video will be after visitor introductions, and right before the Flyer player introductions. The arena lights will go out during the introductions.
2. In-game music for men's basketball will be run by a DJ that is placed in the student section by the band.
3. The DJ will also double as an MC to ask a trivia question during timeouts like Bud Light Trivia and Donatos pizza giveaway for men's basketball games.
4. Large Flag for national anthem for national holidays, (3 games), to be provided by the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
5. An increase in number of entertainment halftimes for both men's and women's basketball.
6. A Fun Zone for kids on men's basketball weekend games with face painting and pictures with Rudy.
7. For select men's basketball games, kids will be able to shoot a basket on Tom Blackburn Court! This will happen after the coaches' show and when the floor is clear. Fans will line up at section 110, next to the band. Open to kids in 8th grade and under.

8. Free concert after the Dec. 29 men's basketball game. Stranger (an 80's cover band) will perform after the game for all fans in attendance.
9. One lucky fan will get the chance to crank the new Air Raid Siren to welcome the team back onto the court! Fans will be chosen at random from the stands on game day so be sure to get there early for your chance to CRANK THE SIREN!

TICKET INFORMATION
Men's and Women's Basketball season, partial and single-game tickets are still available for purchase.
Single-game tickets against Atlantic 10 opponents will not go on sale until Monday, Dec. 2. However, fans are able to purchase Atlantic 10 packages before then.

DaytonFlyers.com, calling the Ticket Office at (937) 229-4433 or visiting the UD ProSource Ticket Office in person. The Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET.
UD Men's Basketball opens the 2013-14 season on Saturday, Nov. 8 against IPFW at 2 p.m. ET.
