DAYTON IN THE TOP 30 IN NCAA ATTENDANCE FOR THE 16TH STRAIGHT SEASON

Flyers Ranked 26th Overall In Division I

INDIANAPOLIS - The University of Dayton finished in the Top 30 in men's basketball attendance for the 16th straight season in 2012-13, according to a report by the NCAA.

The Flyers moved up two spots from last season and finished 26th in the NCAA in attendance with an average of 12,438. Dayton increased its average attendance by 274 fans per game from last season.

Since UD Arena opened in 1969, Dayton has been in the NCAA`s Top 35 in attendance every season.

The Flyers led the Atlantic 10 in attendance for the 16th straight season as well. UD averaged more than 2,657 fans a game better than any other team in the conference. In conference games only, Dayton averaged 12,658 fans a game.

Nearly 9 million fans have attended UD Arena in the last 44 seasons.

2013-14 SEASON TICKETS
Fans wishing to purchase season tickets for the 2013-14 campaign can do so by calling (937) 229-4433, visiting the Ticket Office at UD Arena or online at DaytonFlyers.com.

Packages start at just $114 for the full season in the center 400 level. That includes 17 regular season contests, a free parking pass, two exhibition games, the ability to buy additional tickets and the first opportunity to purchase NCAA Tournament tickets.

Fans can also purchase season tickets in the corners of UD Arena for $75 apiece.

The UD Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET.
