WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The University of Dayton women's soccer team went 1-0-1 at the Purdue Tournament hosted by the Boilermakers at the Mollenkopf Athletic Center.
The Flyers fought to a 0-0 draw against the host Boilermakers in the first match of the day.
UD followed that with a 2-1 win over Butler.
Alexis Kiehl and
Nicole Waters both scored for the Flyers, while
Haley Keller and
Megan Herr both had assists vs. the Bulldogs.
"The overall team performance was very good," said UD Assistant Coach
Tiffany Hansen. "It was a complete team effort with contributions from every member of the team."
Dayton plays at Cincinnati Wednesday, April 2 at 7 p.m. ET
