INDIANAPOLIS - The University of Dayton finished in the Top 30 in men's basketball attendance for the 17th straight season in 2013-14, according to a report by the NCAA.
Overall, Dayton finished with an average attendance of 12,316. It is the 15th consecutive year with an average attendance of 12,000 or more fans.
Since UD Arena opened in 1969, Dayton has been in the NCAA`s Top 35 in attendance every season.
The Flyers led the Atlantic 10 in attendance for the 17th straight season as well. UD averaged more than 4,575 fans a game better than any other team in the conference. In conference games only, Dayton averaged 12,678 fans a game.
Nearly 9 million fans have attended UD Arena in the last 45 seasons.
2014-15 SEASON TICKETSOne of the key factors to Dayton's strong attendance figures is a robust and passionate season ticket holder base. The Flyers have averaged more than 10,000 season ticket holders the previous five seasons.

2014-15 SCHEDULE HIGHLIGHTSThis year's non-conference schedule is highlighted by the Flyers hosting Georgia Tech and Ole Miss.
Dayton will also play Duquesne, Fordham, La Salle, St. Bonaventure and Saint Louis home-and-home, and will also host George Mason, Rhode Island, Richmond and Saint Joseph's. The Flyers will travel to league newcomer Davidson, George Washington, UMass and VCU.
The league's 14 members will play an 18-game conference schedule for the first time since the 1990-91 season.
Dayton's complete schedule, including the Atlantic 10 Conference dates, will be announced at a later date.
