DAYTON, Ohio - Flyer fans will get their first look at the University of Dayton men's and women's basketball teams on Saturday, Oct. 24 at the annual Red-Blue event at UD Arena.

Attendance is free and will be open to the public. Free tickets to the undefeated Dayton football team's 6 p.m. game that evening against Butler at Welcome Stadium will also be offered to anyone who attends the scrimmage. Gates will open at 5 p.m. for the football game.

RED/BLUE GAME TIMELINE
1:00 p.m. – Doors Open
2:00 p.m. – Women's Basketball introductions
2:05 p.m. – Women's Basketball scrimmage begins with three 8-minute periods
2:45 p.m. – Men's Basketball warm-up on the floor
3:10 p.m. – Men's Basketball introductions
3:15 p.m. – Men's Basketball scrimmage begins with two 16-minute halves
3:50 p.m. – Scrimmages Conclude
4:05-4:50 p.m. – Autographs with men's and women's players on the North Concourse

Posters for both men's and women's basketball teams will be available to fans for free. Fans are permitted one (1) item to be autographed per person. Autograph seekers may use one of the free team posters provided on-site or bring an item from home to be signed.

There will be NO live video stream of the Red-Blue scrimmages.

Future Flyers Kids Club memberships will also be available for pick-up at the game.

Up next for the women's basketball team after the Red-Blue event will be an exhibition game on Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. against Gannon University at UD Arena.  

Men's basketball will also play an exhibition game at UD Arena as it will host Saginaw Valley State on Nov. 7 at 2 p.m.
