CRITICAL CONTEST ON TAP AS DAYTON HOSTS WILLIAM & MARY
• The University of Dayton Flyers close their three-game homestand with a tough test, hosting the William & Mary Tribe on Saturday at 2 p.m.
• The game will be carried by Time Warner Cable SportsChannel and is available with live streaming video, audio and stats at DaytonFlyers.com.

ABOUT WILLIAM & MARY
• The William & Mary Tribe are unbeaten at 3-0 with two road wins against N.C. State and Liberty.
• The Green and Gold is one of three programs in the country to rank among the top 30 nationally in field goal percentage each of the last three years.
• The Tribe are led by Omar Prewitt, a Preseason Second Team All-CAA selection after earning third-team accolades in 2015.

SERIES STUFF
• This is the first meeting between the two programs.

THE 'D' BACK IN DEFENSE
• The Flyers are 28-1 when limiting opponents to 60 points or less in the last three seasons, including a 2-0 mark this year.
• After ranking 13th out of 14 teams in blocks last year, the Flyers are No. 1 in the Atlantic 10 averaging 7.0 per game.
Steve McElvene is third in the A-10 with 2.5 blocks per game, followed by Charles Cooke (7th, 2.0) and Xeyrius Williams (14th, 1.5).

FLYERS PICKED NO. 1 IN A-10 PRESEASON POLL
• Dayton was picked to finish first in the 2015-16 Atlantic 10 Conference preseason poll.
• Leading UD will be preseason third-team All-Atlantic 10 selection Kendall Pollard, the 2015 A-10 Chris Daniels Most Improved Player Award winner.

JUBILANT JUNIORS
• The junior class of Kyle Davis, Scoochie Smith and Kendall Pollard are on pace to be the winningest in UD history.
• The trio has 56 victories in the first 75 games, two wins ahead of the pace with the Class of 2011 (Chris Wright, Devin Searcy, Peter Zesterman and Logan Nourse).
• The Class of 2011 finished with 97 wins.

HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS
• Dayton possesses a 24-game home winning streak.
• It's currently the eighth-longest home winning streak in the NCAA.
• The 24-game home win streak is also the second-longest in school history, behind the 30 straight victories from 2008-2010.
• The Flyers finished 17-0 at home last season.
• It was only the fourth time in the program's history UD went undefeated at home. The other years are 1949-50, 1959-60 and 2008-09.
• UD is 55-12 at home under coach Archie Miller.

• Dayton begins the 2015 AdvoCare Invitational on Thursday, Nov. 26 against the Iowa Hawkeyes. Tip is at 9:30 p.m ET.
