DAYTON HOSTS SAGINAW VALLEY STATE IN EXHIBITION ACTION• The University of Dayton Flyers host the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals on Saturday in exhibition action.

ABOUT SAGINAW VALLEY STATE• Saginaw Valley State was chosen to win the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) North Division in preseason balloting by the league's head coaches.
• SVSU posted a 21-9 overall record and a 16-6 mark in the GLIAC.
• Leading the way for SVSU will be returning All-GLIAC First Team performer C.J. Turnage, a 6-5 forward, who led the team with 14.1 ppg and 5.9 rpg last year.
FLYERS PICKED NO. 1 IN A-10 PRESEASON POLL• Dayton was picked to finish first in the 2015-16 Atlantic 10 Conference preseason poll.
• Leading UD will be preseason third-team All-Atlantic 10 selection

HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS• The Flyers finished 17-0 at home last season.
• It was only the fourth time in the program's history UD went undefeated at home. The other years are 1949-50, 1959-60 and 2008-09.
• Dayton will take a 22-game home winning streak into this year.
• It's currently the seventh-longest home winning streak in the NCAA.
• The 22-game home win streak is also the second-longest in school history, behind the 30 straight victories from 2008-2010.
