UD will open the season on Saturday, Nov. 12 at home against Western Illinois.

Prior to that, the first chance the Flyer Faithful will have to see the team in action will be on Saturday, Oct. 22 when the annual Red/Blue scrimmage will be played. The event begins at 7 pm ET.

Dayton’s two exhibition contests are Saturday, Oct. 29 against Walsh and Sunday, Nov. 6 against Findlay.

UD returns three starters from last year’s 22-14 team that reached the championship game of the Atlantic 10 tournament. The Flyers reached the post-season for the fourth consecutive season, playing in the NIT.
