Over the previous four seasons, the Class of 2010 has achieved numerous successes in a Dayton Flyer uniform.

The University of Dayton men’s soccer team put together the most successful back-to-back seasons in program history during the 2008 and 2009 campaigns. UD is 29-9-4 in the last two seasons with an A-10 tournament and regular season title, along with an NCAA berth.

For an inside look at the program and behind the scenes access, the Class of 2010 gives their testimonials about their experiences as a Flyer.

In this edition, we hear from Sonny Renner, a native of Keller, Texas.

Renner played three seasons for the Flyers, serving as a defender and midfielder. He was a set piece specialist and frequently took free kicks for UD. He finished his career at Dayton with 56 games played, one goal and 12 assists. He saved his best for his last season. He scored the golden goal against Wright State in 2009. Renner also dished six assists in 2009, two times the production from his junior season.
