How To: Secure Tickets
While UD Arena is still limited to no more than 300 fans per game, at this time we are able to offer each women's basketball season ticket holder who opted in for the 2020-21 season up to two tickets per home game. Please note, this is subject to change at any time based upon guidance from State and Public Health Officials therefore tickets will be distributed as the season progresses, not all at once.
Below please find step-by-step instructions for securing tickets.

1. Log into your My Flyer Account.
If you are not already familiar with accessing your account or it has been a while since your last log in, we strongly encourage fans to familiarize themselves with logging in prior to tickets going on sale.
Instructions for logging in are included in our Digital Ticketing Guide. Please note, you DO NOT need to create a new account as one has already been generated for you. You must log in using the email address associated with your season ticket account. If you need to update the email address listed on your account, please contact the UD Arena Ticket Office.

2. Once logged in, scroll down until you see "Upcoming Events" and click "Buy Now."

3. On the next screen you will see all events that are currently open for ticket selection. Find the event you are interested in attending and click "Select."

4. You will then see a map of UD Arena. Sections with available seating will be highlighted in blue. Find the section where you would like to sit and click on it.

5. When you click on a section, the map will zoom in showing you the individual seats that are available in that section.

6. Once you have identified seats that you would like to secure, click on them to add them to your cart.
A drop down will appear in the upper right corner of the screen showing the seats you have selected. Click "Continue" when you are ready to check out.

7. On the next screen, you will be asked to confirm the seats you selected.Â
If you are happy with your selection, click "Checkout" to continue. If you wish to select different seats, click "Continue Shopping" to return to the seat map.

8. To complete the checkout, you will be asked to select your delivery and shipping preference. As we have transitioned to fully digital tickets this season, the only available option will be "Mobile (Free)." Select this option and then click "Continue" to proceed.
If you do not own a smartphone (nor will you be attending the game with someone who owns a smartphone), you will still select "Mobile (Free)" as your delivery and shipping preference. You will need to stop by the UD Arena Ticket Office on gameday for assistance.

9. You will then be asked how you wish to pay for your tickets. If you have an account credit you wish to apply, simply check the appropriate box.
The only available payment option will be "Pay In Full."

10. If you do not have an account credit or your account credit does not cover the full cost of your order, you will need to select a payment method. At this time you will be able to select an existing payment method or add a new payment method.
Please note: When paying by credit card the billing address must match the billing address associated with the credit card being used. You will also be required to enter the CVC code.

11. After entering your payment information, you will then be able to accept the Terms and Conditions and click "Submit Order" to complete your transaction.
Once you have completed your purchase, the tickets will appear in your account under "Upcoming Events."
