University of Dayton women's soccer player Colleen Williams was named the Atlantic 10 Co-Rookie of the Week for her performances in the opening weekend of Conference play.
Williams, of Titusville, N.J., tallied four points in the Flyers' A-10 wins over Temple and George Washington.
She had an assist in Dayton's 4-0 win against Temple in its Atlantic 10 opener at Baujan Field on Friday, Sept. 25.
Williams also tallied a goal and an assist in UD's 4-0 shutout of George Washington Sunday in D.C.
The Preseason Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team selection leads the Flyers with five assists and is tied for second in points (9). She has helped the Flyers (6-0-4) to a 10-game unbeaten streak to start the season, a program record.
The Flyers continue their three-game A-10 road swing when they take on Fordham this Friday, Oct. 2 at 7 p.m. ET in the Bronx.
