The University of Dayton women's basketball team (12-5, 5-1 A-10) hosts George Mason (6-15, 0-8 A-10) this Saturday, Feb. 1 at 6 p.m. ET at UD Arena. The game will be be available via free video stream on DaytonFlyers.com through the A-10 Digital Network. The game will also be broadcast on WHIO Radio with Tom Michaels and Shane White on the call.
The Flyers are celebrating National Girls and Women in Sport Day. The following UD women's teams will have stations demonstrating their respective sports prior to the game:

Jim Jabir donated a 32" TV which will be raffled off at halftime of the women's game. Fans that entered their basketball ticket stub from the Dayton vs. George Washington men's game earlier that day are eligible to win.
FLYER FACTS
- Dayton recently had a 10-game win streak ended with its first A-10 loss of the year at Saint Joseph's, Sunday, Jan. 26. The loss also snapped a 23-win streak in A-10 regular season games. The Flyers had not lost an A-10 regular season game since Feb. 11, 2012.
- Dayton has won 21 consecutive games at home. Its win streak is tied for the third longest in the nation, along with Notre Dame. Chattanooga (35) and East Carolina (23) are the only teams ahead of UD.
- The Flyers are averaging 85.3 points per game which is best in the Atlantic 10 and sixth best in the nation.

Kelley Austria is out for the season with a knee injury, suffered against Massachusetts on Jan. 22. She leads the Flyers in steals (35) and is one of five UD players scoring in double figures (11.4 ppg).

- Dayton has scored 80 or more points in 13 of its 17 games so far this season, including two games of 100 or more.

SCOUTING GEORGE MASON
The Patriots are seeking their first Atlantic 10 Conference win. They are 6-15 overall and 0-8 in the league. Mason is on an eight-game losing skid. They are coming off a 64-45 loss to Duquesne and a 112-86 loss at VCU. The Green and Gold finished the game vs. VCU with 15 treys, shooting a season-high 47 percent from behind the arc and tying a school record set in 2004 against Hofstra. Taylor Brown leads George Mason with 17.5 ppg and 93 assists. Janaa Pickard adds 13.7 ppg and leads the Patriots on the boards with 8.8 rpg. Sandra Ngoie also averages double figure scoring with 12.4 ppg. Mason puts up 69.1 ppg on average this season.
