Game Notes In PDF FormatFLYERS ROLL ON IN THE PUERTO RICO TIP-OFF AGAINST UCONN• The University of Dayton Flyers face their toughest test of the season against the defending national champion, Connecticut Huskies, on Friday in the semifinals of the 2014 Puerto Rico Tip-Off. Tip is at 2:30 p.m. ET.
• The game will be televised by nationally by ESPN2, carried by WHIO Radio and is available with live video, stats and streaming audio at DaytonFlyers.com.
ABOUT UCONN• The Connecticut Huskies won the 2014 NCAA Tournament and ranked No. 17 in both the AP & USA Today polls.
• The Huskies are 2-0 and led by Ryan Boatwright, American Athletic Conference Preseason Player of the Year and a unanimous Preseason First Team All-Conference.
SERIES STUFF• Dayton leads the all-time series 2-0. The Flyers defeated UConn 80-66 in the Maui Invitational on Nov. 20, 2000.
IN-SEASON TOURNAMENTS• Since 2003, UD has won three of the six early-season basketball tournaments it has played in.
• The Flyers won the 2011 Old Spice Classic after defeating Wake Forest, Fairfield and Minnesota.
• UD won the 2003 EA Sports Maui Invitational.
• In 2008, the Flyers defeated No. 15 Marquette in the finals of the Chicago Invitational Challenge.
• Last season, the Flyers knocked off No. 10 Gonzaga and Cal to place in third at the EA Sports Maui Invitational.

THE 'D' BACK IN DAYTON• Dating back to last season, Dayton has not allowed an opponent to score 70 or more points in seven of the last 10 games. The Flyers are 13-0 the past two years when limiting opponents to less than 60 points in a game.
