PITTSBURGH – The Dayton Flyers rallied from 18 points down early in the second half to stun the Duquesne Dukes 57-54.

It is Dayton's sixth consecutive victory as UD improved to 19-8 overall and 7-5 in the Atlantic 10. The 18-point deficit is the largest the Flyers have overcome this season.

Jordan Sibert led the way with 18 points on 5-of-11 shooting from the field. Devin Oliver had seven points and 11 rebounds, while Vee Sanford and Dyshawn Pierre scored 10 points apiece.

Trailing 43-25 with 18:52 to go, the Flyers slowly chipped away. UD closed the game on a 18-3 run in the final eight minutes. Pierre and Sibert led the charge scoring seven points apiece, while Oliver had four in that span.

The Flyers have won the first six games in February for the first time since they went 8-0 in the 1970-71 season.

Dayton returns to the Keystone State for a huge road contest against the Saint Joseph's Hawks on Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 7 p.m. ET.

The final four regular season games for the Flyers are all against RPI Top 50 programs.
