FLYERS RETURN HOME TO HOST DAVIDSON ON TUESDAY
• In a battle between two Top 50 RPI programs, the University of Dayton Flyers host the Davidson Wildcats on Tuesday.
• The game will be carried by CBS Sports Network and is available with live streaming audio and stats at DaytonFlyers.com.

ABOUT DAVIDSON    
• The Davidson Wildcats enter the game 10-4 overall and 2-1 in the Atlantic 10.
• The Wildcats posses the highest scoring offense in the A-10 at 81.6 points per game.
• Leading the attack is the conference's leading scorer, Jack Gibbs, who averages 23.9 points.

SERIES STUFF
• Davidson leads the all-time series 4-0.
• Last year, Davidson won at home, 77-60.
• This is the second meeting with both schools as a member of the Atlantic 10 Conference.
• Dayton and Davidson have met once at UD Arena, an 84-67 Wildcat win on Feb. 24, 1973.

JUBILANT JUNIORS
• The junior class of Kyle Davis, Scoochie Smith and Kendall Pollard are in the hunt to be the winningest in UD history.
• The trio has 65 victories in their first 88 games, one game behind the pace of the Class of 2011 (Chris Wright, Devin Searcy, Peter Zesterman and Logan Nourse) during that number of contests.
• The Class of 2011 finished with 97 wins.
• Counting redshirt junior Charles Cooke, the juniors are also four of Dayton's top scorers: Cooke, 15.7 ppg; Pollard, 11.5 ppg; Smith, 10.1 ppg; and Davis, 8.3 ppg.

Charles Cooke has scored in double figures in six straight games, averaging 18.7 points during that span.
Steve McElvene has a block in all but one game this season. His 33 rejections are tied with Mark Ashman for UD's single-season all-time freshman record.
Scoochie Smith's assist-to-turnover ratio the previous four games is 7.3 (22 assists, three turnovers). In A-10 play, it's 15-to-1.
• In the last two games, John Crosby averaged 9.5 points and has a 3.5 assist-to-turnover ratio.
Kyle Davis is shooting .722 from the floor (13-of-18) in the last three home games.
• Over the last seven games, Dayton is allowing just 61.0 points contest.

DEFENSE MECHANISM
• In A-10 only games, Dayton leads the conference in scoring defense (60.7 ppg) and 3-point field goal defense (.238).
• After ranking last in the league last year in blocks per game, UD this year is fourth at 4.0. • The Flyers are also fourth in steals (7.0).

CONTROL THE GLASS
• In Dayton's wins, the Flyers out-rebound opponents by 7.4 per contest.
• In the losses, the Flyers' rebounding margin is negative 4.3.
• UD is 9-1 this year when out-rebounding teams.
