DAYTON RETURNS HOME TO HOST VCU

In a match up of the two most successful Atlantic 10 programs in recent years, the University of Dayton Flyers host the VCU Rams on Friday at 7 p.m. ET.
The game will be televised on ESPN2 and is available with live streaming video, audio and stats at DaytonFlyers.com.

SERIES STUFF

VCU leads the all-time series 7-4.
Last season the two teams split, each winning at home - VCU won 73-68 on Jan. 27, 2017 and Dayton was victorious at UD Arena 79-72 on March 1, 2017.

Since the 2012-13 season, Dayton has the most conference regular season wins with 69.
VCU is next with 67, followed by St. Bonaventure (60), Richmond (56), George Washington (55), Saint Joseph's (54) and Saint Louis (53).
The Flyers have won the Atlantic 10 regular season title in back-to-back seasons.

Dayton coach Anthony Grant served as VCU's head coach from 2006 to 2009. He led the Rams to a 76-25 (.752) record, three consecutive Colonial Athletic Association Championships and two NCAA tournament appearances.
The Flyers have the fifth-toughest strength of schedule in the NCAA.
