RICHMOND, Ky. - The University of Dayton softball team split its midweek doubleheader at Eastern Kentucky Wednesday, winning game one, 2-0, and dropping the nightcap, 4-1. The first game was decided in the seventh inning and game two featured sophomore
Hannah Heraty's first career home run.
Dayton finished the day 8-10 on the season while Eastern Kentucky is now 8-9 overall.

Jessica Weaver (3-3) - zero earned runs on one hit and one strikeout to two walks (2.1 IP)
