University Park, PA. – The University of Dayton men's golf team is back after over a month off. The Flyers last played in early march in the Pinehurst Intercollegiate. The team has been hard at work and ready to get back to competing against other teams in the Rutherford Intercollegiate. This three round tournament will begin with rounds one and two tomorrow morning.

The Course
The Penn State Golf Course is a Par-71, 7,219-yard course that will offer a true challenge for the Flyers this weekend. This beautiful course is snug in between the rolling terrain of central Pennsylvania. This course is a place where a carefully designed course harmonizes with a natural beauty of the surroundings. The Penn State Golf Course is known for many things, including its award-winning pro shop and driving range.
 
Coach's Comments
"We are looking forward to getting back into tournament play" said Head Coach Gip Hoagland. "The last few weeks we have been able to get in a lot of good work. It definitely helped that the weather has been nice so we have been able to practice outside. This is a great event and we are really excited to be participating."
