Women’s Basketball Cruises To 22-Point Win At George Mason

The Flyers Are 3-0 In A-10 Play This Season

FAIRFAX, Va. – The University of Dayton women's basketball team remained unbeaten in Atlantic 10 play with a 22-point win at George Mason Sunday.

The Flyers (4-1, 3-0 A-10) continue their hot streak while the Patriots (3-7, 0-3 A-10) still look for their first conference win.

KEY MOMENT
3rd – Dayton started the third quarter on a 7-0 run to add to its lead and pull away from George Mason.

COACH GREEN COMMENT
"I was really happy with our win tonight. It was a total team win. We had great production off of our bench. Really in the beginning of the fourth, loved the way we got stops and strung together offensive possessions as well. We had some players come off the bench that hit some big time shots and extended that lead. It was a great team win and it is always hard to win a conference game on the road. I just thought we learned a lot again and we will just continue to get better one day at a time. We will start with our prep for George Washington tomorrow and it will be a battle as it always is. We have our hands full and have a good day of prep tomorrow and will be ready to go Sunday at noon against GW."
