YORKTOWN, Ind. - The University of Dayton women's golf team claimed a 10th-place finish at the Cardinal Classic hosted by Ball State Sept. 20-21. Sophomore
Sarah O'Connor paced the Flyers, finishing in a tie for 12th place overall.
Akron collected the team title with a score of 304-305-303=912 (+48) while Bowling Green's Kayla Davis bested Taylor's Nicole Jung with a birdie on the first playoff hole to claim medalist honors with her score of 73-74-73=220 (+4). Dayton posted a team score of 309-315-310=934 (+70).
