DAYTON - The University of Dayton softball team fell to visiting Ohio State Wednesday at UD Softball Stadium. The two teams were knotted at six runs apiece after two innings but the Buckeyes opened up the game in the third on their way to a 17-6, five-inning win.
Dayton moves to 15-12 on the season while Ohio State is now 21-8 overall.
