DAYTON – The University of Dayton women's basketball team grabbed its second win of the season Friday night, a 79-44 victory over visiting Delaware State. Senior
Ivy Wolf led all scorers with 22 points, including a 4-for-6 night from behind the arc.
GAME BREAKDOWN
1st Quarter: Dayton 18, Delaware State 9
• Dayton wins the tip and opens the game with an up-and-under bucket from Wolf.

• With just over 4:30 left in the quarter, Wolf sinks the first three of the game to extend the Flyers' lead to 12, 23-11.
• Wolf scores the last four points of the frame for Dayton, giving her 11 points at the half.
3rd Quarter: Dayton 58, Delaware State 35
• Flyers get their scoring started with a three from Wolf with the assist from Stephens.
• Dayton caps a 6-0 run with a bucket from Stephens to push its lead to 19, 41-20.
• Wolf knocks down her third three of the game with just over three minutes to go, putting the Flyers up by 21.
4th Quarter: Dayton 79, Delaware State 49
• Sophomore
Eve Fiala opened the scoring for the Flyers in the final quarter, knocking down a second-chance layup and sinking the following free throw.
• Dayton scored four-straight baskets to put together a 9-0 run mid-quarter.
• At 2:02, Madol grabs her game-high-tying fourth steal of the day.

Kamryn Grant gets in on the scoring as she knocks down to free throws giving Dayton a 77-42 lead with under two minutes to play.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
80% - Wolf shot 80% from the field, including a 4-for-6 day from long range.
9 - Madol grabbed a career-high nine boards to lead all rebounders.
48 - Dayton scored 31 points off the bench compared to Delaware State's 15.

The Flyers never trailed in the game and the score was tied for only 1:13.
UP NEXT
Dayton will hit the road next week, traveling to Durham, North Carolina, to take on Duke on Thursday. The Flyers and Blue Devils are set to tipoff at 7 p.m. at Duke's Cameron Indoor Stadium.
