DAYTON - The University of Dayton softball team completed the Atlantic 10 series sweep of Saint Joseph's Sunday with a 10-0, five-inning win at UD Softball Stadium. Sophomore
Molly Grace knocked out her third home run of the season on the way to three RBI in the game.
Dayton closes out the weekend in first place in A-10 standings with a 13-5 league record and is now 24-17 on the season. Saint Joseph's moves to 19-23 overall and is 12-8 in A-10 games.

Maddie Kapsimalis batted her ninth double of the season bringing her total of extra-base hits to 18
13 - Dayton tallied a total of 13 hits in the game, equaling the team's second-highest hits tally this season
3 - Grace tallied three RBI for the second time this season while freshman
Kirnan Bailey recorded her first career three RBI game
3 - Bailey led the Flyers with three hits, one of four with a multi-hit game

UP NEXT
Dayton has five A-10 home games scheduled for the coming week, starting with a Wednesday doubleheader against St. Bonaventure. The Flyers and Bonnies will get underway at 2 p.m. at UD Softball Stadium and admission is free.
