DAYTON – The University of Dayton has announced that all available tickets for the 2025-26 men's basketball season have been sold, selling out the entire season before the Flyers take the court for the regular season for the fifth straight year.
"Selling out UD Arena for a fifth straight year speaks volumes about our fans and what Dayton basketball means to this community," said Vice President and Director of Athletics
Neil Sullivan. "Our fans are the foundation of our success. Their loyalty and energy make UD Arena one of the most special environments in college basketball, and we never take that for granted."
Seventeen more sellouts this season will extend a regular-season sellout streak to 94 games dating back to 2019-2020. This marks the sixth consecutive season (the NCAA did not track attendance during the Covid season) that Dayton has had double-digit sellouts. UD had 14 sellouts in 2019-2020 (including the final 11 games), 17 in 2021-22, 16 in 2022-23, 15 in 2023-24, and 18 in 2024-25. (Even though they are sellouts, exhibition games do not count in the streak.)
The Flyers have announced sellouts before a game was played in each of the last five years.
Dayton men's basketball ranked 15th nationally in total attendance in 2024-25, and came in at 20th in average attendance. Since the Arena opened in 1969, Dayton has been in the NCAA`s Top 35 in men's basketball attendance all 54 seasons, and in the Top 25 a total of 36 times
