Women’s Rowing Hopes To Soar at Bald Eagle Collegiate Invitational

The Flyers Hope To Build Off Their Momentum From Nashville Last Weekend

DAYTON - The University of Dayton women's rowing team will finish up its brief portion of the fall schedule this Saturday Nov. 7 at the Bald Eagle Invitational in Indianapolis, Ind.

Dayton is set to compete at Eagle Creek Park against the likes of Purdue, Toledo, Illinois, Grand Valley State, and reigning champs Northwestern.

Head coach Adam Herrick has the Flyers motivated and ready to go after a strong showing in the opening event of the season last weekend in Nashville at the Music City Head Race. During the season opener, Dayton's V8+ squad led the way with a third-place finish, defeating teams from Georgia, Indiana, and Tennessee.

This will be the final competition of the fall for the Flyers. They will return to action in spring 2027 for their championship season.
