ST. LOUIS - The University of Dayton softball team held off George Washington, 3-2, in its first game of the 2026 Atlantic 10 Championship Wednesday. The third-seeded Flyers advance to play the host Saint Louis Billikens, who earned the number two seed for the tournament, Thursday at 3:30 p.m. ET/2:30 p.m. CT at Billiken Sports Center.
Dayton improves to 25-22 on the season and George Washington moved to 23-21.
