Prior to UD
• Played three varsity seasons under head coach Alex Kepley at St. Xavier High School in Cincinnati
• Helped lead the Bombers to a 2015 OHSAA State Championship in 2015. Was also a part of the team's district championships in 2013, 2014 and 2015 and conference titles in 2013 and 2015
• Recorded a school-record-low round of 71 (-1) during the state championship at The Ohio State University Golf Course (Scarlet)
• Served as team captain during his senior season (2015) and was named Second Team All-State, First Team Southwest Ohio, Second Team All-Conference and was named the team MVP
• He was also named Southwest Ohio Second Team in 2014 and Honorable Mention in 2013, 2014 All-conference Second Team and was also the team MVP in 2014
