2013-14Wittmann was a Co-captain in the 2013-14 season. She participated as a member of the V4+ squads who participated in the IU Spring Meet, the Occoquan Sprints where they placed third, and the A-10 Championships where they placed second.2012-13
Wittmann was a member of the 2V8+ boat in the 2012-13 season. Her boats tallied finishes of fifth place in the Petite Final of the Knecht Cup, fifth place in the 2V8+ final of the A-10 Championships and fourth place in the 10 Women’s JV Heavyweight Eight Final of the Dad Vail Regatta.
2011-12
During her sophomore campaign, Wittmann competed in the Cardinal Oak Ridge Invite, the Marietta Regatta, Buffalo, The Knecht Cup, and the Dad Vail Regatta. At the A-10 Championships she was a member of the 2V8+ boat that placed fifth in the Final.
2010-11
As a freshman, Wittmann participated in the A-10 Championships as a member of the 2V8+ boat. At the Dad Vail Regatta, she led the Novice 8+ boat to a fourth place finish in the Grand Final.
High School
Julie was editor-in-chief of her student newspaper, as well as a three-year varsity rower.
Personal
Julie the daughter of Jane and John Wittmann. She has one older brother Thomas and a younger brother Daniel. She is majoring in middle childhood education with concentrations in social studies, science, and language arts with the aspirations to become a Catholic middle school teacher and rowing coach.
