During the indoor season, finished 10th in the high jump at the Atlantic 10 Championships (2/22) with a height of 1.55m...For her outdoor season, finished top ten in sixteen of nineteen events...Placed third at the Atlantic 10 Championships (5/3) with a jump of 1.55m...Finished second in shot put at the All-Ohio Championship (4/11) with a throw of 10.21m...Compiled 4279 points in the heptathlon to take fifth place at the Atlantic 10 Championships (5/3)...Took fifth place at the All-Ohio Championships (4/11) by throwing javelin 31.82m.

2013-2014
In the indoor season, she competed in the pentathlon... Came in second place at the Akron Invite (2/23) in the high jump with a height of 1.66m... In her outdoor meets, she competed in the heptathlon... Set the school record in points earned in the heptathlon with 4,608 at the A-10 Championships... Came in third in the high jump at the A-10 Championships... Earned All-Conference honors in the heptathlon and high jump with a pair of bronze medals.

2012-2013
Competed in the pentathalon, long jump, and high jump... Recorded a score of 3m326 in the pentathalon at the Atlantic 10 Championships (2/16)... Tied for sixth place at the YSU College Invite (1/25) in the high jump with a height of 1.55m... In outdoor, she competed in the heptathlon at the Atlantic 10 Championships (5/4) and finished with a score of 4,245... Finished with a distance of 29.92m in the javalin throw at the RedHawk Invitational (4/27)... Tied for fourth place in the high jump at the Atlantic 10 Championships (5/4) with a height of 1.66m.

2011-2012
Scored valuable points for the Flyers in the pentathlon (indoor) and heptathlon (outdoor).. Had a season-best day at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships, by setting an overall point best of 3,124 points... Had a personal best in the high jump (1.67m), the best mark of the day in that event in the combined events group... Participated in the individual high jump and finished ninth (1.60m)... Set a personal best in the heptathlon (4,286 points) at the Atlantic 10 outdoor championships... Had the heptathlon-best in the high jump (1.63m) and the third best javelin throw (29.72m).

High School
Excelled in multiple events throughout her high school years... Set her high school record in the high jump and competed in this event three times at the Illinois state meet... Was named to the Wheaton Spring Sport Honor Roll as well as being All-Area during her senior season... Was All-State in the high jump her junior and senior years... Made All-State in the 300 meter Hurdles as well as a senior... Placed first in her conference in the high jump in 2011 as well as the 300 and 100 meter hurdles... Placed seventh at the AAU Nationals in 2010 and 2011 in the heptathlon... Proved to also excel in her studies as she was on the Honor Roll.

Daughter of Rick and Mona Garcia... Has an older brother Ricky and a twin brother Chris who plays golf at Millikin University.
