2012 Women's Basketball Atlantic 10 Championship Celebration
The University of Dayton is committed to "Building Champions" through academic achievement, athletic excellence and national recognition of student-athletes, teams and programs.
During the fall of 2014, Dayton had two Atlantic 10 Tournament Champions who went on to appearances in the NCAA Tournament in women’s soccer and volleyball. The football team put 12 on All-Pioneer League Teams while men’s soccer made its third-consecutive trip to the A-10 Championship.

NATIONAL PERFORMANCE
  • Six men’s basketball post-season appearances in last seven years (NCAA: 2009, 2014; NIT: 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012) including a trip to the Regional Final in 2014
  • Seven consecutive women’s basketball post-season appearances, including five-straight trips to the NCAA Tournament (WNIT: 2008, 2009)
  • Six NCAA Tournament appearances in the last seven seasons for volleyball (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014) including a Second Round appearance in 2014
  • Four NCAA Tournament appearances in the last six seasons for women's soccer (2009, 2010, 2011, 2014)

  • Regular Season Atlantic 10 Champions: women’s soccer, women’s basketball
  • 54 All-Conference selections across all 17 sports
  • 22 Academic All-Conference selections
  • 4 Academic All-America Selections
  • Two women’s soccer players named to NSCAA All-Mid-Atlantic Region Team, one NSCAA Scholar All-America Team and one Capital One Academic All-America Third Team selection
  • Three softball players named to the 2014 NFCA All-Region Teams
  • Women's soccer's Juliana Libertin was named the A-10's nominee for NCAA Woman of the Year
