Safety Protocol
Together, we must intentionally balance two imperatives, protecting the health and safety of our community and ensuring the success of our basketball program with a vibrant UD Arena experience.  

Our hope is that together we can meet the two requirements — protecting the health and safety of our community and ensuring the success of our basketball programs by supporting the items below.

Anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness, who feels uncomfortable attending games at UD Arena, or cannot otherwise attend games for any reason is asked to please stay home and/or resell their tickets through our official, secure TicketExchange portal.

The Division of Athletics will support and aggressively promote the sale of your tickets on a season or game-by-game basis for the 2022-23 season. As the seller, you get secure, no-hassle payment and never deal with ticket delivery (you never meet the buyer). Buyers get seats verified by Ticketmaster, so the ticket is guaranteed.

Digital Ticketing/Parking Guide
UD Arena Ticket Office has transitioned to fully digital ticketing and parking. All tickets and parking will now be distributed electronically and will be scanned from your mobile device upon entry. Fans are strongly encouraged to access their tickets ahead of time and save them to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay app before arriving at UD Arena.

If you purchased tickets on Ticketmaster.com, you will need to log into your Ticketmaster account from your mobile device to access your tickets.
 
If you are a University of Dayton Season Ticket Holder who purchased your tickets through My Flyer Account, you will need to log into your My Flyer Account from your mobile device to access your tickets.



UD Arena is Now Cashless
Concession stands and the team store are now 100% cashless. Both will accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
