Ticket Resale and Ticket Broker Guidelines

General ticket holders are permitted to resell their tickets through the Verified Resale by Ticketmaster, if they are unable to attend an event. Access to this resale platform can be handled through your My Flyer Account.

However, Dayton Athletics prohibits the purchase and resale of tickets by unauthorized ticket brokers. Ticket brokers are defined as account holders who purchase tickets with the primary intent of reselling their tickets or whose accounts indicate high levels of secondary market activity. Dayton Athletics reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to monitor ticket account activity and to withhold season ticket renewal invitations, cancel ticket orders, withhold electronic delivery of tickets, and/or restrict the account holder's ability to transfer tickets electronically to others from any accounts that exhibit activity consistent with that of a ticket broker.

Likewise, Dayton Athletics reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to withhold or alter Champions and Scholars membership level benefits for any account that exhibits activity consistent with that of a ticket broker. These benefits include but are not limited to the following:
  • Season Ticket Holder relocation appointment times
  • Advance single game purchases
  • Option to purchase season parking for home games
  • Away game ticket purchases including limits and seat location
  • Post-Season game purchases including limits and seat location
  • Neutral site game purchases including limits and seat location
Reconsideration Form

Season ticket holders who believe their tickets have been revoked in error may request reconsideration by completing the reconsideration form within fourteen (14) calendar days of their tickets being revoked. Reconsideration forms will be evaluated by Dayton Athletics staff. Season ticket holders who submit a reconsideration form will receive a response via email within 2 weeks of submission. Should a season ticket holder seek reconsideration, prior ability to purchase season tickets does not guarantee you access to purchase season tickets and should not be used as a basis for reconsideration. The reconsideration form should include all relevant information supporting the season ticket holders’ position that they have not been purchasing season tickets with the primary intent of reselling those tickets for profit.
