Nik Stadelman

Nik Stadelman enters his second season as a graduate assistant with the University of Dayton men’s basketball program. During his first season with the Flyers, Stadelman worked closely with First Team All-Atlantic 10 selection Javon Bennett and Third Team All-Atlantic 10 selection De’Shayne Montgomery in player development. He also assisted the coaching staff with scouting reports, video and analytics, player development and organizational logistics.

Prior to Dayton, Stadelman spent the 2024-25 season as a graduate assistant at Radford, where his responsibilities included serving as the program’s Director of Player Development and Video & Analytics Coordinator. During his season with the Highlanders, Radford finished 20-13, and Stadelman worked closely with Big South All-Conference selection Jarvis Moss in player development.

Before beginning his coaching career, Stadelman spent four seasons as a player at Illinois State. He appeared in 24 games during his collegiate career.

A native of Rockford, Illinois, Stadelman graduated cum laude from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science – Health and Human Performance. He later earned a Master of Business Administration from Radford University and a Graduate Certificate in Health Communications from the University of Dayton.
