Tyler Carter joined the staff as a graduate assistant before the 2021 season. He grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio before attending Northern Kentucky University. At NKU, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
After receiving his degree, Carter started his basketball training company:Â Up Next Basketball Development. While training and developing young talent with Up Next, Carter began his coaching career. In 2017, he joined the staff at Huntington Prep as an assistant coach. In the summer of 2018, he coached with New York Renaissance Nike EYBL 16U.
Carter is currently pursuing his Master's in Education Leadership.
