2019 (Junior)
• Earned All-Conference honors after placing seventh overall at the A-10 Championships
• Nominated for RUDY Award at the R.U.D.Y.S. banquet
• Named A-10 Performer of the Week in back to back weeks (Sept. 24 and Oct. 1)
• Led the Flyers in every event he competed in this season
• Posted four Top finishes including third place at the Queen City Invitational to start the season
• Recorded the 13th best 8K time in program history and set a new PR with a time of 24:59 at NCAA Pre-Nationals
• Posted a Top 25 all-time program mark in the 10K with a time of 32:02 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional
• Named to the Dayton All-Academic team

2018 (Sophomore)
• Finished 35th at the National Catholic Invite
• Recorded a PR in the 8K at the Joe Piane Meet
• Placed 42nd at the Queen City Invite
• Named to All-Academic Team
• Named to University of Dayton Dean's List for Fall 2018

2017 (Freshman)
• Finished 22nd with a PR time of 15:54.9 at the Queen City Invitational 
• Placed 55th at the All-Ohio Championships with a PR of 27:35.7
• Named to 2017-18 A-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll

• Graduated from Sycamore High School in Cincinnati
• Named team MVP three times for cross country and track
• Was a five-time state qualifier
• Named First Team All-GMC three times
• Was Sycamore Fall Scholar Athlete in 2015 and 2016
