Duncan is in her third season on the Dayton softball staff for the 2025 campaign. She was elevated to associate head coach in September of 2024 after serving two season as assistant coach. Her primary responsibilities are leading the offense and serving as recruiting coordinator and the academic liaison for the team.
During the 2022 season, the Flyers set new program records for batting average (.312) and hits (463) while also collecting a new single-season-record 89 stolen bases as a team. 2023 Atlantic 10 Player of the Year Emma Schutter paced the Flyers in 2023 with with a .467 average (5th NCAA), 85 hits (4th NCAA), 44 runs scored, 13 doubles and 29 stolen bases (29th NCAA).
Duncan came to Dayton after five seasons as an assistant coach for the Northern Kentucky University Norse. She focused on offensive coordination and served as the director of operations. Duncan helped lead the Norse to a 27-win season and a third-place finish at the 2022 Horizon League Championship.
A 2015 graduate of University of Louisville, Duncan helped lead the Cardinals to back-to-back NCAA Tournament regional appearances. She spent her first two collegiate seasons a Valparaiso, earning NFCA All-Midwest Second Team honors, and was named the Horizon League's Newcomer of the Year in 2012.
Duncan and her husband Brady live in Fairborn.
