Chambers started the first seven games of the season for the Flyers, but had a career-ending concussion injury...In her seven games, she averaged 5.1 ppg, scoring a season-high eight points on two different occasions...Grabbed a season-high seven rebounds against Toledo...Snagged a career-high three steals against Toledo, and averaged 1.28 steals per game.
2010-11
Chambers played in 17 games during her junior season and averaged better than 10 minutes a game, after missing the start of the season to illness...She averaged 2.5 points a game and 1.8 rebounds per game...She matched her career high in steals (2) in Dayton’s loss to Temple...Posted a game-high 16 points in the 87-80 overtime victory over St. Bonaventure... Played a season high in minutes (23) against No. 6  Xavier and recorded a season-high in assists (2) in the same game... Of her season total 31 rebounds, 11 came on the offensive boards providing excellent second chance opportunities for the Flyers...had three games where she did not miss a free throw and ended the season shooting an average of .688 from the free throw line... Shot a perfect three for three from three-point range against St. Bonaventure on Feb. 2 finishing with an overall average of .278 for the season.
2009-10
De’Sarae Chambers averaged 5.4 ppg and 14.5 mpg in 26 games her sophomore season for the Flyers...She contributed five points and four rebounds in Dayton’s 77-74 upset of No. 10 Michigan State and added five points and four rebounds against No. 19 Louisville...She returned to action in the Blue Sky Classic after missing seven games with illness and a concussion, scoring two points in her first game back against Vermont and then posting a season-high eight points against Dartmouth...She doubled her season high with 16 points against Navy...Chambers put up nine points against St. Joseph’s with the help of a career best 6-of-6 from the free throw line...She went 2-of-3, including 1-of-1 from three, and 3-of-3 from the free throw line for eight points in 13 minutes against Fordham...She registered a season-high six rebounds against Rhode Island and also dished two assists...Chambers tallied seven points and a season- and career-high four assists against Temple in the A-10 semifinal...She had seven points in Dayton’s come-from-behind win over TCU in the first round of the NCAA Tournament...Also put up five points against Tennessee in UD’s NCAA Second Round game.
 2008-09
Freshman De'Sarae Chambers scored in double figures nine times during the season and finished as UD's fourth-leading scorer with 6.9 points per game. The Flyer freshman averaged 3.6 rpg and 17.7 minutes per game off the bench. She scored double figures in back-to-back games during the week of Christmas. She earned a career-high 16 points in the win over Loyola and followed that up with a game-high and a then career-best 17 points in the defeat of Lipscomb. She earned Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week the following Monday after leading UD to a 2-0 week. In conference play, the rookie tallied 16 points against Fordham on 5-of-7 shooting from the floor including 4-of-6 from beyond the arc. She was one of five Flyers to score in double-figures in the final regular season game versus St. Joseph's (11 points). From free throw range, Chambers went 4-of-4 versus Lipscomb and has finished 3-for-3 from the line on two other occasions. Versus the nationally-ranked Xavier Musketeers in the Atlantic 10 Quarterfinals Chambers came through with a career-high 19 points on 6-of-8 shooting from the field including 4-of-6 from three-point range.
High School
Finished her career as Mason County High School's all-time leading scorer and was nominated for McDonald's All-American honor after averaging 21.7 ppg as a senior...Shot 56.5 percent from the floor, 56.3 percent from behind the arc, and 82 percent at the foul line last year...Also averaged 8.0 rpg while leading Mason County to a 24-8 record and a runner-up finish in the Regional Tournament...Named the KABC 10th Region Player of the Year, and selected to the Kenton County All-Tournament Team... Was named Who's Who Among American High School Students.
