2012-2013:
Applewhite had a strong senior season, seeing action in all but one game for the Flyers while averaging 17.2 mpg and 7.5 ppg...She matched two career-highs with 18 points and 8 field goals made in a win against Richmond, while also tallying 11 rebounds...Helped the Flyers earn a 90-59 win over Akron, putting up 15 points and grabbing 6 rebounds..Finished second in team rebounds (6.4 rpg) and free throws made (56)...Registered a season-high 16 rebounds in the NCAA Tournament First Round game against St. John’s, while also tallying 13 points to help the Flyers to a 96-90 victory in double overtime... Named Atlantic 10 Sixth Player of the Year.

2011-2012:
In her junior season, Olivia Applewhite had some of the best games of her Dayton career in both points and rebounds...She played in all 30 games scoring 4.8 ppg and grabbing 3.8 rpg...In an 84-48 Dayton victory over Farleigh Dickinson, she collected career highs with 18 rebounds and five assists to go along with eight points…the 18 rebounds mark the 11th best single-game performance in program history...She racked up a career-high 18 points and a career high in FG made with 8 in a 97-46 win over Rhode Island while also totaling nine rebounds...Scored 11 and 10 points in wins over Buffalo and Illinois, respectively...Her 22 assists on the season was the most in her career.

2010-2011:
Applewhite made big strides in her sophomore season scoring 5.3 ppg and adding 3.7 rpg...She played in all 33 games and made her first collegiate start in UD’s season opener against Penn State...Also started in UD’s 91-61 win over Wright State...She scored a career-high 14 points in Dayton’s 102-69 win over Toledo...
 Had 10 points against No. 24/25 Michigan State and scored 12 points with the help of a career-high six free throws made vs. UIC...Notched a career-high three assists to go along with 11 points vs. Harvard...She got her first collegiate double-double with a career-high 13 rebounds to go with 12 points against La Salle... Was vital to the Flyers’ success as she scored in double figures five times during UD’s non-conference schedule...Scored four points in the NCAA Tournament First Round game against Penn State.

2009-2010
A powerful presence with solid footwork, freshman Olivia Applewhite finished her rookie campaign averaging 3.3 ppg and 3.1 rpg after seeing action in 28 games and averaging 9.9 mpg...She made her Flyer debut against Seattle in the Purdue BTI Classic and notched a game-high seven rebounds to go along with five points...She had five rebounds, three points and a steal against Chicago State...She tallied seven points in her debut at UD Arena against Milwaukee and had five rebounds and a career-high two blocks against Vermont at the Blue Sky Classic...She registered a career high in points (8) and rebounds (8) against Navy and had a solid outing in Dayton’s 83-31 win over Richmond, posting seven points after going 5-of-8 from the free throw line...She also had six rebounds and a career-high three steals...She tied a career high with eight points against Duquesne...Applewhite was good for six points and a steal at No. 10 Xavier. She registered a team-high seven rebounds in 20 minutes of action against Charlotte and a team-high seven rebounds to go with six points against Saint Louis...She dished a career-high two assists against No. 6 Xavier and hauled in five rebounds against Temple in the A-10 semifinals...Applewhite closed out her freshman season with two points and three rebounds at Tennessee in the second round of the 2010 NCAA Tournament.

High School:
Applewhite was named an adidas Top 10 All-American all three seasons at Eleanor Roosevelt High School...The three-time All-Metro Honorable Mention was also her school's Female Athlete of the Year her senior season...Earned second team all-county honors in her junior season and was named to the first team her final season... During her junior year, she was named a Sporting News All-American...She helped lead her squad to the state championship title all four years of her high school career...Garnered Rookie of the Year honors as a freshman and was an MVP her senior season averaging 14.0 ppg and 15.0 rpg...In addition, was also a Second Team All-Metro selection and an honor roll student.

Daughter of Perry Applewhite and Deidre Hudnell...Born July 3, 1991...Intends to major in Communication-Public Relations.
