2023 (Senior)
- Earned the seventh-best 5K time in UD history in her season debut race at Wright State. She placed second overall with a time of 17:28.7.
- Named A-10 Women's Performer of the Week on September 7 following her race at Wright State.
2022 (Junior)
- Ran a 6K PR 21.26.1 time at the Paul Short Invitational, as the first Dayton finisher. This placed her at the 10th best all-time at UD for a 6K.
- 1st team All-Conference finish upon placing 10th at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a 37-second improvement on her 5K PR. Her 17:31.9 finish placed her at the 9th best all-time at UD for a 5K.
- Named to the 2022-23 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll
2021 (Sophomore)
- Finished in 5th place in the 5K with an 18:05.1 time in her regular cross country season debut at the Mike Baumer XC Classic. This placed Carter at 19th all-time on the 5K school records.
- Competed in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championships while setting a 6K PR of 21:35.6. This was also the 13th-best 6K time in UD history.
2020 (Freshman)
- Placed 45th at the 2020-21 Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 18:47.3, helping the Flyers to second place.
