2015 Cross Country (Senior)
• President of Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
• Fall 2015 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll
• Earned Haier Achievement Award Honorable Mention
• Received the prestigious R.U.D.Y.S. Award at the annual Dayton Athletics banquet

2014-2015 Track and Field (Junior)
• During her indoor season, finished 19th at the Atlantic 10 Championships in the 5000m while posting a season-best time of 18:24.35
• Finished seventh at the Akron Invite (2/7) in the 5000m with a time of 18:24.84
• Ran the mile in 5:20.52 at the Kentucky Invite (1/17) to finish in 17th out of 40.

2014 Cross Country (Junior)
• Competed in all seven Flyer events
• Ran her best 5K time at the A-10 Championships, finishing at 18:49.90 (34th place)
• Had the best 6K time of the season for Dayton, finishing at 21:55.00 at the NCAA Regional, good for 92nd place
• Finished with 5K times of 19:22.05 at the Queen City Invitational (18th place), 19:33.61 at the National Catholic Invite (66th place), and 19:59.5 at the Flyer 5K, where she finished 20th
• Ran times of 22:34.70 at the Bradley Invitational (72nd place) and 23:01.14 at the All-Ohio Championships, where she had a top-10 finish, coming in ninth.

2013 Cross Country (Sophomore)
• Competed in four events for the Flyers
• Finished 7th and had a season-best time of 23:10.79 in the 6K event at the Friendship Invite (Sept. 21)
• Took 9th-place at the Flyer 5K with a time of 19:15.4 (Aug. 31)
• Posted a season-best time of 18:32.10 in the 5K at the Queen City Invitational and finished 13th out of 148 runners (Sept. 6)
• Finished 27th at the All-Ohio Championships with a time of 24:15.55 (Oct. 4).

2012-2013 Track and Field (Freshman)
• Competed in the 3000m run, 5000m run, and mile run indoors
• Placed 5th in the 5000m run at the YSU College Invite (1/25) with a time of 18:40.75
• Focused on the 5000m run during the outdoor track season
• Recorded a time of 17:58.99 at the A-10 Championship.

2012 Cross Country (Freshman)
• Competed in two events for Dayton
• Had a season-best time of 19:12.7 in the 5K at the National Catholic Invitational (Sept. 14) and took home 78th place
• Finished 33rd overall at the Flyer 5K (Sept. 1) and recorded a time of 20:02.

High School
• Graduated from Lumen Christi High School
• Was a cross-country standout earning all-conference, all-area, all-region and all-state distinctions
• Was a three-time all-region selection in the 3200 meter run, the 3200 meter relay and a two time all-region and all-state selection in the 3200 meter relay
• Was also an all-region and all-state honoree in the 1,600 meter run
• Was a member of Lumen Christi’s National Honor Society and was a student-council representative.
