2013 Cross Country
Competed in six events for the Flyers... Named All-Conference... Recorded four Top 10 finishes... Led team in five of the six events she competed in... Finished 11th at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 18:21.37 in the 5K event (Nov. 2)... Finished 2nd overall at her other 5K event at the Queen City Invitational, posting a time of 17:38.82 (Sept. 6)... Took 2nd place in both the Friendship Invitational (Sept. 21) and All-Ohio Championships (Oct. 4) with times of 22:22.92 and 22:26.21 respectively... Took 7th-place at the NCAA Pre-National meet with a time of 21:52.21 (Oct. 19)... Had a season-best time of 21:21 in the 6K at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional meet and finished 39th out of 227 runners (Nov. 15).

2012 Cross Country
Competed in all six events for the Flyers... Placed fourth at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29) with a time of 18:09.2... Recorded a season-best time of 18:07.9 in the 5K at the National Catholic Invitational (Sept. 14) and finished in 17th place out of 266 runners... Took home 9th place at the Flyer 5K (Sept. 1) with a time of 18:52... FInished 17th at the Atlantic 10 Championships (Oct. 27) and posted a time of 18:25.3... Competed in the 6K at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 9) and finished in 21:28, her best time of the season... Finished 23rd in the 6K at the NCAA Pre-Nationals (Oct. 13) with a time of 21:54.9.

2011-2012 Track
Had a very successful indoor season especially in the 800m run... Placed second in this event at the Akron Invitational with a time of 2:15.88, which was less than a second off her personal best time of 2:15.12... Placed fourth in the 1,500m at the University of Cincinnati Early Bird Invite with a time of 4:40.72... Went on to run a personal best in the same event at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 4:38.21, which was good enough for 14th place.

2010-2011 Track
Was a strong force in the middle distance for the Flyers... Had a best showing at the Atlantic 10 Championships where she placed sixth in the 800m (2:16.420 and was a member of the fourth place 4x800m relay team... Was a vital member of the distance crew for the Flyers during the outdoor season... Competed in the 800m run at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships and placed 22nd with a time of 2:16.12.

High School
Helped her school’s 4x400 and 4x800 relay teams smash school records during the 2008 track season.
